Reginald Crawford is a dual US and UK citizen and the visionary founder of C2G Capital Advisors. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School, bringing together deep technical acumen and sophisticated financial expertise.
With a career spanning engineering research, investment banking, and large-scale energy infrastructure, Reginald has led projects across the United States, Europe, and Africa. He is also the founder of Clean to Green Energy, a company dedicated to capturing and monetizing flared gas — transforming environmental liabilities into profitable clean fuel assets.
At C2G, Reginald drives the firm’s carbon emissions reduction strategy, leveraging exclusive partnerships such as with GTUIT, a US-based market leader in proprietary gas flare capture and monetization technology. This allows C2G to deliver fully integrated solutions that reduce COâ‚‚ and methane emissions while unlocking additional revenue streams through carbon credit generation.
Reginald’s combined background in mechanical systems design, energy project development, and structured finance uniquely positions him to identify transitional commodity opportunities that deliver strong investor returns. Under his leadership, C2G is executing on investments that consistently target IRRs exceeding 25% with average paybacks under 24 months — all while advancing global decarbonization goals.
Yann Rogombe, MSc– CIO & Co-Founder
Yann Rogombe is a seasoned private equity and investment professional with over 18 years of experience across financial services, M&A advisory, and multi-sector investing throughout Africa and international markets.
Before co-founding C2G Capital Advisors, Yann served as Head of Investment for a US$1 billion multi-strategy private equity impact fund, where he led transformational deals across key African markets and executed five landmark transactions over a four-year period. His role encompassed the entire investment lifecycle — from fund setup and capital raising to origination, due diligence, execution, and strategic portfolio management.
Earlier, Yann was a Principal and founding member of Africa Capitalworks, part of the Sub-Saharan Africa-focused investment arm of the Capitalworks Group. There, he was instrumental in building the platform’s private equity presence, managing investments across diversified sectors.
Yann began his career in Natural Resources M&A at Deutsche Bank in London, where he advised on high-profile transactions in mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure. He also spent significant time at Helios Investment Partners LLP, one of Africa’s largest private equity firms, executing and overseeing multiple cross-border investments.
A graduate of NEOMA Business School in Reims, France, with an MSc in Management, Yann brings rigorous investment discipline, deep sector expertise, and an extensive pan-African and European network to C2G. As Chief Investment Officer, he oversees the firm’s portfolio strategy, capital structuring, and risk management ensuring that every opportunity aligns with C2G’s dual mandate of delivering superior returns and measurable sustainability impact.
